Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Deli Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for preparation, sale and presentation of deli items in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous deli experience
- Excellence in customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are a family owned grocery market since 2003. We seek hardworking individuals who come in and get the job done, who are looking for a long-term workplace. We take pride in having a terrific staff, most of which have been with us for many years. This position offers great hours for the hospitality field.
