Legal Assistant (Temp to Perm) (1469715) Las Vegas, Nevada Salary: USD30 - USD36 per hour Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Legal Administrative Assistant for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position will support a team of 3-4 attorneys and focus primarily on real estate transactional matters. Candidates with litigation support or cross-coverage experience are strongly preferred. During the temporary assignment, this role is 100% onsite in Las Vegas, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If converted to a permanent position, the role will be eligible for a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to attorneys handling real estate transactional matters Prepare, revise, and format legal documents Manage document execution through DocuSign Assist with Secretary of State filings Support real estate closings and closing document preparation Coordinate the recording of documents with the Recorder's Office Provide litigation support and cross-coverage assistance as needed Qualifications: Prior experience as a legal administrative assistant, legal secretary, or similar legal support professional Experience supporting real estate transactional attorneys Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word Experience with document preparation and revisions Knowledge of Secretary of State filings and recording procedures Familiarity with DocuSign and closing document support Litigation support experience is a plus Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 100% onsite during the temporary assignment Location: Las Vegas, NV #J-18808-Ljbffr
