Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Physical Therapist providing expert evaluation and treatment for movement disorders across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics.

Essential Responsibilities:

Uphold privacy and security standards for Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Foster strong, professional relationships with patients, families, healthcare teams, and external partners. Deliver care within the scope defined by licensing boards, demonstrating proficiency in unit-specific competencies and policies. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive care plans tailored to patient needs, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapy Assistants to support quality care delivery.

General Responsibilities:

Perform additional duties as assigned to support department goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not include supervisory or management duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education meeting licensure requirements at the time of issuance. Current Physical Therapy licensure through the appropriate state board. Valid BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by orientation completion. If driving is required, a valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting state requirements are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar clinical environment is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, effective communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

Medium work involving occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing or walking for 26-50% of the workday. Work within a supportive healthcare setting serving the Central Plains region of the United States, committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to the community.
