General Affairs Assistant (Korean Bilingual)

Job Title

• Ensure that all Hanwha Philly Shipyard quality and safety procedures, rules, and regulations are followed and met
• Assist with daily General Affairs operations to support a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace.
• Coordinate office space, facilities, and workplace amenities, including office assignments and maintenance requests.
• Support facility improvement projects, office moves, and workplace setup activities.
• Assist with corporate real estate administration, including lease documentation and communication with landlords as required.
• Coordinate relocation, housing, transportation, and administrative support for expatriates, assignees, and Korean production employees.
• Support company shuttle bus operations and transportation-related administrative activities.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate the procurement of office supplies, furniture, equipment, and General Affairs assets.
• Coordinate meeting arrangements, executive visits, VIP guests, company events, and other administrative activities.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to coordinate routine services and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain General Affairs records, contracts, administrative documents, and operational files.
• Prepare reports, purchase requests, and other administrative documentation as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to employees and respond to General Affairs-related requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective administrative support and workplace services.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Knowledge of General Affairs operations, workplace administration, and office coordination

No supervisory responsibilities.

Environmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes, smoke, and may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions.

This is an onsite, full-time position. Standard days and hours of work vary by department, days and hours determined by department schedules.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in General Affairs, Corporate Administration, Office Administration, or a related administrative role
• Experience supporting workplace operations, facility management, or office administration preferred
• Experience supporting expatriate or employee relocation and general administrative services preferred
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Korean Bilingual Preferred
