Now Hiring – Accounting Staff (Full-Time)

Location: Gardena, California

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our accounting team.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, be able to work

independently, and possess experience with month-end closing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

 General Ledger (GL) journal entries and account reconciliations

 In Charge -Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

 Payroll processing

 Assist with month-end and year-end closing

 Prepare and review financial statements

 Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation

 Assist with audits, tax reporting, and other accounting projects

 Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

 Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

 Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and financial statements

 Experience with payroll and Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

 Month-end closing experience required

 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel

 Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 100, or similar ERP

systems) is preferred

 Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

 Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Language Requirement

 English required

 Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is highly preferred
