ERP Analyst

Bring your energy to Aggreko as an ERP Analyst based in Glasgow.You’ll provide application support to our employees, diagnosing and resolving issues related to the CloudSuite ERP system. You’ll be responsible for managing and prioritizing requests, recreating issues in appropriate environments, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to develop and deploy effective solutions. Your work will also involve monitoring application health, investigating data and integration challenges, and contributing directly to the continuous improvement and security of our services.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do: Manage and prioritize requests related to the CloudSuite ERP system (incidents, problems, changes, and DevOps)Monitor, create, and manage events, alerts, and performance for CloudSuite environmentsInvestigate and resolve issues regarding data, integrations, and workflows in collaboration with internal and external teamsDeploy improvements and new features through change and release processesManage incidents and problems, ensuring rapid service restoration and the prevention of recurrencesCreate reports and dashboards to track application health and identify opportunities for improvementConfigure and maintain security for the Infor OS platformContribute to the technical roadmap and the continuous improvement of services and integrationsYou are:Experienced in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cloud environments (Azure preferred)Analytical, organized, and a strong problem-solverProactive, with an aptitude for learning new tools and working in dynamic environmentsA good communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearlyCollaborative, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams and external partnersAutonomous and motivated, with strong prioritization skillsExperienced with ERP systems (preferably Infor CloudSuite) and knowledgeable in SQL (desirable)Educated to a degree level (desirable) and ITIL Foundation certified (an advantage)Here’s what you’ll get:A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)   Hybrid working   Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘   Discounts & perks   Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle  Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
