Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license and Department of Education certification required for school-based practice.
• Previous experience or familiarity with school settings, especially at the elementary level, preferred.
• Ability to complete all required credentialing steps, including fingerprinting, in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and adaptability to varying caseloads.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to assigned students, with caseloads traditionally focused on elementary age, though exact details will be finalized as the district confirms numbers.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, provide documentation, and maintain compliance in accordance with both state and federal requirements.
