Previous hospitality-industry Human Resources experience preferred. Previous HR data administration experience required.ResponsibilitiesBasic personnel administration i.e., tax forms, offer forms, health insurance, termination documents and other required employment documents;Ensure upkeep of data related to employee paid time off and leaves of absences;Assist HR Managers in gathering data for weekly/monthly/annual KPIs;Manage the full process of the Employment Licenses of the upcoming employees and current employees while liaising with third party companies which offer out company, assistance and consultancy services;Take initiative to suggest and discuss improvements to current systems and processes in relation to talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations;Support employee benefit programs and annual open enrollment processes;Maintenance of employee information in multiple HR data systems;Understand payroll basics and support HR Manager on payroll systems and processes;Organize both hard and soft documents and files;Keep all documentation up to date;Support employees, field questions and escalate to HR Generalist or HR Manager as necessary;Assist in HR Department ad hoc projects (ie.
