Job Description - Nurse Manager - High Risk Antepartum (260006OB) What You Will Do This leadership role will oversee the inpatient High Risk Antepartum unit as well as the system OB Float Pool Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process. Promotes a positive patient experience and environment that supports family centered care reflective of the patient population. Education (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required) or Other Accredited Program: (MN) Master in Nursing (Required) Master's Degree for Level 4 NICU, Labor &Delivery, Post-Partum and Antenatal (Required) Work Experience 3+ years progressive clinical and management experience required women's health experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. (Required proficiency) Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership.
