Customer Service in Centralized Baggage Services Representative at DFW Airport

Hallmark Aviation is seeking a full time Baggage Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our world class international airlines at DFW airport.

Job duties include:

• Thorough knowledge of airport operations

• Good standing in regard to both attendance and job performance
• Able to solve complex problems within the baggage service operations
• Computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, email, and basic typing/keyboarding
• Able to work independently
• Able to work overtime or varied hours

Required skills include:

• Basic math
• Long periods of standing
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 70 lbs.
• Constant interaction with passengers and management
• Constant telephone and computer usage
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading, interpretation & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
• Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high-quality product
• Valid US work authorization
• Background check, fingerprinting required
• Drug screen required on day of hire
