Talent Acquisition Manager - Custom Clothing Retailer

Our client, a custom clothing retailer, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in NYC.

**5 days a week onsite

Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• Use social media, industry groups, community engagement, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and local market research to source
• Manage searches across studio operations and central office
• Meet with hiring managers and screen + interview candidates
• Maintain Accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS
• Engage in career fair, school visits, community events, and networking opportunities as needed
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and Operations to ensure a seamless candidate to-new-hire transition
• Serve as primary point of contact between recruiting team and company leadership

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success sourcing difficult-to-fill, specialized, or hourly operational talent
• Strong direct-sourcing, networking, and candidate-engagement skills
• Strong interviewing, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple active searches
• Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR
• A proactive, accountable mindset
