Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will create exceptional customer experiences by managing requests and keeping customers informed every step of the way. In addition, be the go-to problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering quick resolutions and making every interaction count.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipment status, scheduling, claims, and service issues.
• Manage and monitor delivery and pickup appointments to ensure timely coordination.
• Resolve shipment-related concerns by working with customers, vendors, and transportation partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service through professional and courteous communication.
• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries while identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of corporate customer service experience
• Strong data entry and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
