What You'll Do

Float between various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, NCCU
Provide specialized critical care to diverse patient populations
Manage ventilators, telemetry, IVs, and other complex equipment
Ensure patient safety through diligent monitoring and intervention
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
Follow unit policies and adhere to safety and compliance standards

What You Need

Required:

Valid ICU RN license in Ohio or eligible Compact state
Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC software
Skills in IV start, telemetry, ventilator management

Preferred:

Previous travel nursing experience
