Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Schedule

DAYS, every other weekend, and holidays. Overtime is available, but no on-call requirements.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Implement and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons.
• Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
• Participate in continuing education.
