Registered Nurse - Surgical Department

Schedule

12-hour shifts with agency scheduling for every other weekend. Manager is open to discussing holiday requests.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours per week: Not specified.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS certification
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, and other specified units is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a surgical environment
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and treatments
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
