Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take an active role in the therapeutic journey of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions focused on improving communication among family members and addressing conflicts.

• Providing specialized support for a range of issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, physical or psychological abuse, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of individuals and families.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring that mental health is treated in tandem with physical health concerns.

• Documenting progress and outcomes in accordance with legal and clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. This role allows you to facilitate therapy for a variety of familial structures, including blended families and those experiencing significant stress due to life transitions such as separation or divorce. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Currently hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrate at least two years of relevant professional experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

Although not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth services or familiarity with digital healthcare platforms.
