Accounting Clerk - AutoPark Honda

AutoPark Honda is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team. Job Duties: Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including incoming communications such as email. Validate all accounting and non-accounting transactions, ensuring timely posting. File electronically all documents that require scanning as per team responsibilities. Post all transactions, including banking, journal vouchers, check requests, and other necessary postings. Compile all required documents and reconciliations. Promote a positive working environment and provide backup coverage to similar or other functions within the department. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Ensure availability Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM. Education and/or Training: Accounting coursework or previous office experience. Relevant Work Experience: Previous office experience or completed accounting coursework. Previous automotive retail experience preferred.
