IT Support Analyst

Overview Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading automotive technology organization, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist . This role is responsible for supporting system installations, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems. The ideal candidate will work on-site in Detroit, assisting users with hardware and software troubleshooting using GUI-based tools.
