This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment!Benefits:Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans401(k) Retirement Savings PlanBasic Life Insurance CoverageAccident & Critical Illness Insurance OptionsEmployee Discounts on Products and ServicesFlexible Scheduling OptionsSupportive Work-Life BalanceKey Responsibilities:Process and post approved vendor invoices for payment in accordance with company policiesEnsure invoices are coded accurately to the appropriate general ledger accountsMaintain organized vendor files, including tax documentation and insurance informationMonitor and maintain accurate accounts payable schedulesManage and update sales tax exemption recordsReconcile vendor and factory statements promptlyRecord, maintain, and process 1099 information in compliance with reporting requirementsPrepare and distribute accounts payable checks on scheduleGenerate purchase orders as neededMaintain customer satisfaction in alignment with company standardsQualifications:Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable, preferably within an automotive dealershipDemonstrated track record of accuracy and reliability in financial processingStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessaryProfessional appearance and demeanorValid driver’s licenseSuccessful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening is required
