Marketplace Account Management Analyst

Job DescriptionAs a Marketplace Account Management Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the promotional operations, seller relationships, market analysis and product exposure of our third party Marketplace. You’ll work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to deliver business results. We’re looking for individuals who are adaptable and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, including learning new tools with a sense of curiosity and eagerness to refine your skills.This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.What you’ll doCreate and prioritize key offers and messages for promotional vehicles across BestBuy.com for our Top Deals and Sale event marketing opportunities. Analyze reporting to provide business recommendations on assortment, pricing, promotional planning, customer experience, and seller managementCommunicate with internal partners to optimize the placement of third-party products on the website. Assist Account Mangers on day-to-day tasks to ensure operational execution of the Marketplace.Standardize marketing operations to increase participation from unmanaged sellers.Basic qualifications1 year of experience performing data analysisIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)Preferred qualificationsBachelor’s degreeIntermediate proficiency with Power BI1 year of experience in merchandise planning, site merchandising, demand planning, supply chain or related business team1 year of experience communicating and partnering with vendors/3rd partyWhat’s in it for youWe’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
