The Coordinator of DTC Marketing will support the execution of the seasonal email messaging focusing on bringing to life clear and compelling product stories and promotions, as identified in the seasonal content calendar, to the Tommy Hilfiger consumer base with the goal to engage shoppers, drive store and site traffic and sales and conversion in all Tommy Hilfiger owned and operated channels. This individual will support the Associate Manager, DTC Marketing partnering cross-functionally, to manage the implementation and execution of email messaging from strategy alignment to version mapping, asset delivery and live approvals. This role works with the CRM team and the Creative Studio to ensure campaigns are deploying accurately and on time.

What You'll Do:

• Actively captures and manages all inputs and supporting documents for which drive the creative content of email campaigns and partners with the CRM team to ensure proper version mapping & deployment
• Responsible for creating and updating internal marketing decks with seasonal DTC email campaign creative, subject lines & preheaders for in-season presentations
• Provides relevant Marketing updates if applicable for Field directives
• Responsible for proofreading and approving all consumer-facing DTC email and SMS messaging
• Manages consumer-centric linking of email campaigns, working closely with site merchandising partners from Ecom team to ensure the path to purchase is logical and compelling
• Manage and coordinate all email translation requests for the Canadian market, working closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, creative, and localization teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate bilingual campaign execution.
• Maintain the seasonal email content calendar, incorporating campaign wireframes at the start of each season and updating it monthly with finalized creative to keep stakeholders aligned and campaigns organized throughout the planning and execution process.
• Conducts competitive reviews and tracks/maintains market references
• Requests all barcode needs for DTC Marketing
• Performs other related duties as required

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3+ years of digital marketing experience with a fashion brand or retail company
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong communication skills (both verbally and written)
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and accurate
• Professional demeanor and proactive approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to develop actionable recommendations
• Manage & prioritize multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
• Responsibilities include working in a fluid environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities

Pay Range:$60,800---$87,800PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
