Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Here's a summary of the role: Are you passionate about creating elegant, scalable product experiences that empower teams and delight users? As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of complex B2B SaaS products by defining and evolving the design foundations that power them. You'll combine strategic thinking, UX expertise, and exceptional visual design skills to create cohesive experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with product, engineering, and design partners, you'll influence product direction, champion design excellence, and help scale a design system used across a global product portfolio. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Lead the evolution of our design system, creating scalable components, patterns, and guidelines that drive consistency and usability across products. Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and Brand Designers to deliver intuitive, user-centred experiences. Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences through research, insights, and design thinking. Champion accessibility, visual quality, and best-practice UX standards across web and mobile applications. Drive adoption of the design system through collaboration, design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement. Mentor and inspire others by contributing to a culture of design excellence, continuous learning, and innovation. These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview: 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Product Design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem solving, and delivery of successful digital products. Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products and workflows. Exceptional visual design, interaction design, and user experience design skills. Experience working within Agile, cross-functional product teams. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and influence design decisions. It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't: Experience building, scaling, or contributing to enterprise design systems. Understanding of HTML and CSS and how design translates into front-end development. Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Illustration, iconography, or visual systems expertise. Experience conducting or leveraging user research to inform design decisions. Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
