This is atemporary assignment with opportunity to extend, convert to permanent employment based on business needs, or be invited back for future annual vaccination seasons. Schedule: PRN/Flexible Scheduling Must be available a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday through Sunday, between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. No exceptions. Candidates create their own schedule by selecting the days they are available each week within the required schedule parameters. Shift hours are10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Position Summary: The Registered Nurse will administer a variety of immunizations includingInfluenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccinesin a retail healthcare setting. PPE is provided. Nurses will provide safe, efficient patient care while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate documentation. Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions Maintain accurate patient documentation Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment Motivate and support fellow staff members Assist in achieving clinic performance goals Apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements CandidateMUSTbe flexible with work hours Minimum Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, including immunizations Previous vaccination experience preferred Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required Education: Active RN license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia Minimum one year of related nursing experience including immunizations and quality patient care Benefits: Weekly pay Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after one year of service
