Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads cleaning staff, inspects facilities for quality, and manages supply inventory to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign daily tasks, train new hires, and track staff performance. Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to make sure they meet health and safety rules. Inventory Control: Track cleaning supplies, order stock, and report broken equipment for repairs. Customer Service: Answer guest or client requests and fix complaints quickly. Qualifications: Experience: Previous work as a housekeeper or cleaner, plus some leadership experience. Communication: Good verbal and written skills to talk with staff and guests. Organization: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
