Supervisor Clinic Operations - PacMed

Position Summary Supervisor, Clinic Operations – Pacific Medical Centers (PacMed). Responsibilities Lead operational excellence across multiple clinic locations, under direction of Practice Manager and Director of Operations. Oversee clinic operations: financial management, daily operations, supply costs, facilities, labor costs, and staff productivity. Assess, evaluate and implement systems to improve clinic operations. Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to meet performance expectations in medical quality, service, access, utilization and financial metrics. Represent clinics on organizational projects and committees. Required Qualifications 2 years of ambulatory care experience. 2 years of progressive supervisory and management experience, including budgetary and line management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience. 5 years supervisory experience.
