L’Association – le contexte L’association Valentin Haüy, reconnue d'utilité publique en 1891, accompagne depuis plus de 130 ans les personnes aveugles ou malvoyantes pour leur permettre une meilleure autonomie et inclusion sociale dans tous les aspects de leur vie quotidienne, ainsi qu’un accès à la formation, l’emploi, les loisirs et l’information. Plus de 120 comités départementaux et correspondances, animés par des bénévoles, sont au contact direct des personnes déficientes visuelles, et leur proposent de nombreux services : accueil, conseil, activités culturelles, sportives et de loisirs, séjours adaptés, diffusion de livres, formations… Le Comité de Charente Maritime de l'association Valentin Haüy intervient à La Rochelle, dans le reste du département de Charentes Maritimes. Mission Le chargé de mission Assistante de la Présidente du Comité de Charente Maritime sera amené à : Accompagner la Présidente (déficiente visuelle) dans toutes les tâches stratégiques et opérationnelles du quotidien du Comité. Collaborer aux envois de documents de communication interne et externe après mise en forme, en maîtrisant les réseaux sociaux. Gérer les équipes de bénévoles (gestion des heures, rapports d’activité, etc). Contribuer à l’amélioration de nouveaux outils de pilotage du Comité en réponse aux exigences de suivi du Siège de l'association Valentin Haüy. Participer aux interventions extérieures. Qualités requises Sensibilité à la cause des personnes déficientes visuelles. Aisance relationnelle. Capacités d’organisation. Discrétion. Curiosité. Polyvalence. Capacité à travailler en équipe pluri‑compétente. La sensibilisation à la déficience visuelle et la formation au poste seront assurées par l’Association en local, et à l’Institut National de Formation de notre siège à Paris. Rattachement Rattaché à la Présidente du Comité de Charente Maritime. Disponibilité souhaitée Temps plein ou partiel selon disponibilité. Durée de la mission 1 à 3 ans.
