In-Home Caregiver – Oak Grove | Consistent Weekend Shift

Pay: $18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential
Schedule: Every Other Sunday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Location: Oak Grove & Surrounding Communities
Home Office: Anoka, MN
Part-Time | Consistent Weekend Hours

About the Position

Comfort Keepers is looking for a caring and dependable In-Home Caregiver to provide personalized support in Oak Grove. Multiple shifts are available, making this a good opportunity for someone seeking a consistent schedule or additional hours.

Current Scheduling Needs

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Tuesday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM

·       Thursday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

·       Friday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Every Other Sunday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do

·       Provide companionship and emotional support

·       Assist with personal care

·       Prepare meals and support nutrition

·       Provide medication reminders

·       Assist with mobility and daily activities

·       Perform light housekeeping and help with errands

Qualifications

·       At least 18 years old

·       Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

·       Compassionate, dependable, and professional

·       Comfortable working independently

·       Caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program. To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational costs.
