- Support the recruitment process for open positions
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Maintain the payroll timekeeping system and process payroll
- Manage local personnel records, including training and attendance
- Handle workers' compensation reports and OSHA logs
- Assist with employee benefit issues
- Address employee relations matters
- Experience in HR or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Experience with OSHA and workers' compensation reporting
