Position Summary We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3+ years of practicing experience, specifically in the area of complex civil litigation. Ideally, we'd like to see candidates who have experience focusing on matters pertaining to insurance litigation , municipality , public entity litigation and construction litigation. Key Responsibilities Pleadings & Motion Practice: Draft and file complaints, answers, motions, and briefs in state and federal courts. Discovery Management: Prepare interrogatories, requests for production, subpoenas; review and organize documents; oversee e-discovery workflows. Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth case-law research; craft legal memoranda and trial exhibits. Client & Opposing-Counsel Liaison: Maintain clear client communications, manage outside-counsel relationships, and coordinate with court clerks. Court Appearances & Hearings: Attend and argue routine motions; support partners at depositions and hearings. Case Strategy: Collaborate in strategy sessions, develop timeline and budget estimates, and track critical deadlines. Required Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; admission to the California Bar in good standing 3+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, and experience in complex litigation. Proficiency with California Rules of Civil Procedure and federal-court practice Strong drafting, advocacy, and oral-argument skills Excellent organizational ability and judgment in managing multiple matters #J-18808-Ljbffr
