Demand Generation Specialist Full Time Needham, MA, US Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually The Role OpenClinica is seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to support pipeline growth and lead generation across key customer segments, including biotechnology companies, CROs, academic research institutions, healthcare organizations, and life sciences sponsors. This role is responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing multi-channel demand generation programs that drive qualified leads, sales opportunities, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has experience managing B2B demand generation campaigns, paid media programs, and marketing performance reporting within a SaaS, healthcare technology, or life sciences environment. The Demand Generation Specialist will play a key role in campaign strategy, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and performance analysis while helping OpenClinica scale its marketing efforts through data-driven decision-making and emerging marketing technologies. Preference will be given to candidates with experience marketing software solutions to clinical research, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries. Responsibilities Execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, display advertising, webinars, content marketing, and other digital channels Manage campaign budgets and performance to maximize lead generation, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), pipeline contribution, and return on investment Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including CPL, conversion rates, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, and revenue impact Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, lead routing, follow-up effectiveness, and campaign alignment Manage audience segmentation, account targeting, and list-building initiatives to improve campaign performance and conversion rates Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted outreach programs Plan and execute landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization initiatives Develop, test, and optimize ad copy, messaging, creative assets, and campaign offers Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness Leverage AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance Stay current on industry trends, advertising platform updates, and demand generation best practices Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing Experience managing and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Proven success generating qualified leads and pipeline through digital marketing programs Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms Strong understanding of key demand generation metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, opportunity creation, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI Experience using Google Analytics, Salesforce reporting, or similar analytics and reporting tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations Experience collaborating with Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience marketing SaaS, healthcare technology, clinical research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO solutions Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms Familiarity with intent data, audience targeting tools, and revenue marketing methodologies Experience supporting webinar, event, and content-driven lead generation programs Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or related marketing certifications Experience utilizing AI-powered marketing and automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
