Job Details Job Title: Recruiter Location: 26701 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI 48033 Hybrid: 3 days in office (Hybrid) Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 30 Minutes Lunch Assignment: Minimum of 6 months, could be longer Qualifications 5-7 years in automotive or manufacturing recruiting. Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Screen candidate resumes and job applications. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Collaborates with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, provide updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stefanini Group
