Job Description Your Responsibilities Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers. Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world‑class service. Use exemplary customer service skills, analytics, and problem‑solving skills. Leverage proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements. Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process. Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Travel Requirements Type of Travel: Local. Amount of Travel: Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are needed. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.
