Job Description

About the Role

Sunny Roofing is expanding its sales team across Central Florida and we're looking for competitive, self-motivated closers to join us. This is a door-to-door insurance and retail roofing sales position. No roofing experience required — if you can knock doors and talk to people, we'll train you the rest of the way.

What You'll Earn

$1,000 upfront commission per insurance job closed
Top performers earning $20,000+/month
Our #1 rep earned over $250,000 last year
Company truck provided at 4–5 deals/week

Territory

Central Florida — Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Space Coast and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For

Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding

Prior D2D, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

This is 100% commission. There is no base salary. Top earners treat this like a business. If you're looking for a guaranteed paycheck, this role isn't for you.
