Care Coordination & Outreach Specialist

Healthfirst is seeking a Support Coordinator to assist care managers with non-clinical activities such as creating cases and events, outreach to members, providers, and community organizations, and handling member mailings. You will support the team with authorizations and documentation while maintaining quality interactions. You will manage a large caseload, educate members and providers on service requirements, and collaborate across departments to improve care outcomes and cost efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Embedded Shishya
