Summary of Position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) reports directly to the CEO and leads the company’s marketing organization across brand & communications, creative services, digital, and insights & analytics. The CMO owns strategy, budget, agency relationships, and all marketing activities that drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior marketing voice on the Executive Growth Team, providing data‑informed recommendations on brand investment, positioning, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary marketing organization focused on creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own the annual marketing budget, allocating resources with a focus on ROI and strategic impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agency partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee brand strategy to ensure distinct, cohesive positioning and messaging across all brands.
• Provide executive leadership on PR, internal/external communications, and social media strategy.
• Own brand narratives and reasons to believe across the portfolio, ensuring messaging is differentiated and resonates across channels.
• Lead development of national and multi‑brand campaigns, media strategy, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure the delivery of compelling, on‑brand creative content and assets across all channels.
