Affiliate Marketing Manager

About this position Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and new customer acquisition for our national clients through performance-based partnerships. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA What you'll be doing: Support affiliate strategy execution, including partner recruitment, campaign planning, and budget pacing. Identify and build relationships with diverse partners, including editorial publishers, creators, and performance media networks. Manage day-to-day partner communication, technical troubleshooting, and campaign coordination. Present performance updates and optimization recommendations during client status calls. Oversee campaign implementation, including offer setup, tracking, creative trafficking, and QA. Analyze data to improve affiliate KPIs, customer quality, and marketing spend efficiency. What you bring: 2+ years of success in performance-based affiliate marketing, agency experience preferred. Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities. Confident communicator capable of managing relationships with clients and external partners. Proficiency with platforms like Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, or Partnerize. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
