Title: Territory Account Executive

Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site with ~25% Travel) | Full Time

COMPENSATION & FINANCIAL PERKS

• First-Year Target Earning: $65,000 - $85,000 (Includes Base + Guaranteed Year 1

Commission)

• Year 2+ Earning Potential: $85,000+ (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Potential)

North America. We do not just sell raw materials; we partner directly with concrete producers to

solve technical batching challenges and optimize color consistency in modern architecture.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Relationship Management: Meet face-to-face with existing and prospective clients across the

USA and Canada (approx. 1 week of travel per month).

• Technical Consulting: Guide clients on pigment application, assist with concrete mix design

questions, and oversee product sample evaluations.

• Account Growth: Identify and open conversations with prospective concrete manufacturers

using trade association databases and company histories.

• Industry Representation: Attend annual trade conventions and regional industry events to build

long-term network connections.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Driving & Travel Requirements: Valid driver's license, active vehicle insurance, reliable

transportation, and ability to travel up to 25% nationally.

• Sales Mindset: Strong phone communication skills and comfort initiating outreach with warm

and cold leads.

• Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn the technical and chemical aspects of concrete

pigment applications.

• Industry Background (Preferred): Prior experience in construction materials, ready-mix

concrete, or manufacturing facility sales is ideal but not required.
