A 10-12 week manufacturing internship within Merck's Manufacturing Strategy, Business Development and Alliances group, offering hands-on experience in project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy development and business requirement alignment to drive key performance indicators
- Assist with negotiation planning, execution, and post-negotiation analysis for strategic initiatives
- Support contract management and compliance activities for vendor agreements
- Analyze datasets and leverage data analytics tools to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Support project management activities and communicate progress with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Available for 10-12 weeks beginning June 2027
- GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Interest in or experience with emerging technologies and digital tools
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111
