Industrial Construction Superintendent - Traveling

***THIS IS A TRAVELING ONSITE ROLE, REQUIRES UP TO 100% TRAVEL*** Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily field operations for industrial construction projects. Manage subcontractors and self-perform crews to ensure productivity, quality, and schedule adherence. Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project schedules, manpower plans, and site logistics. Conduct daily huddles, progress meetings, and weekly safety meetings. Enforce OSHA, MIOSHA, and company safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture. Monitor project quality, schedule performance, and subcontractor compliance. Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates. Identify and communicate scope changes, schedule impacts, and field issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Assist with project turnover, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout activities. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial construction projects. Experience leading large, multi-union crews and coordinating multiple subcontractors. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Understanding of industrial construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with Primavera, Prolog, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. OSHA 30 Certification. MIOSHA 10-Hour Certification.
