Front Desk Coordinator – SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics (Full-Time | No Weekends) ✨
???? Location: Tallahassee, FL | In-Office Only

Do you have a passion for working with children and making families feel welcome? SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the smiling face of our pediatric dental and orthodontic practice.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm, fun, and fast-paced environment. If you’re organized, upbeat, and have experience running the front lines of a busy dental practice, we’d love to meet you!

???? What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families

• Manage patient check-in/check-out and the flow of the front office

• Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize provider schedules

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and guide patients through treatment logistics

• Verify dental insurance eligibility and gather documentation

• Support the registration and intake process with speed and accuracy

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by following SmileWorks procedures and policies

???? What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of front office experience in a dental practice (REQUIRED)
  
  
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• High emotional intelligence and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Proficiency in dental scheduling and insurance verification

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Familiarity with OpenDental, Dentrix, or other dental practice management software is a plus
  
  
• Experience in pediatric or orthodontic offices is a plus
