What We Offer: Salary: $20 - $22 per hour Hours: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 8 am - 5 pm; Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm with occasional Saturdays. Provide top-notch customer service to students, families, staff, and external partners, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle incoming mail, packages, and checks; ensure timely distribution to the correct departments. Support multiple departments with administrative tasks and assist with campus events like Open House, Orientation, and Graduation. Coordinate and deliver professional campus tours, maintain guest records, and provide feedback on visitor interactions. Manage marketing material inventory and assist admissions leadership with paperwork and other support duties as needed. Qualifications Education / Experience High School diploma or GED required. Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred. Customer Service experience required. Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment. Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors (written and verbal). Ability to work well with a variety of styles and personalities. Possess excellent customer service skills.
