Woodlands Senior Living is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee resident care, team development, admissions, and daily operations within our assisted living and memory care community. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care and must complete PSS training within 120 days of hire. A current, valid 40-Hour Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) certification is required

. Must be willing to complete PSS training. Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza and COVID A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required. Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
