• Arrange meetings for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth assessments
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and support their hiring experience
• Keep detailed and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Receive commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews processed, and successful hires from your leads
