Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time | Brenham, TX | SNF Setting
Synergy Care is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) for Kruse Village / High Hope of Brenham , skilled nursing facilities in Brenham, Texas.

Job Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months)
- Current NBCOT certification required
- Active Texas OT license (or eligible)
- New grads welcome to apply
