Team Summary
As a key member of the Workplace Technologies team, the IT Analyst will be responsible for Implementation and Support of Enterprise Technologies and Hardware. This role will provide onsite support at GAF Headquarters located in Parsippany, NJ. The Workplace Technology team is dynamic, constantly evolving, and innovative.

Job Summary
The IT Analyst must possess the skills to multitask Support and Projects in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties

• End Point Imaging using Tanium Bare Metal Imaging Google Workplace Support (G Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Google Drive)Multi Location End User Support

• Chromebook Provisioning and Support

• Print Logic SAAS Administration

• Corporate Tech Bar Monitor, log and track assigned technical problems in our Ticket Management system (Service Now) Collaborate with all IT, Security, and Network Teams

• Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions

• We need an IT Analyst that can perform the above tasks as well as possess the ability to quickly dive into critical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis.

• You should be confident in your capacity to provide support and communicate to GAF leadership.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required OR

• 3 Years of supporting Windows Operating Systems in an Enterprise Environment Required

Qualifications Preferred

• Knowledge of Service Now a Plus

• Proven Ability to Multitask Knowledge of Google Workspace

• ITIL Foundations v3

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.Base Salary Range: $68,000-$93,500
