Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom construction and manufacturing projects from planning through successful completion. This is a full-time, on-site position with a well-established organization serving the commercial construction industry. The Project Manager will coordinate all phases of assigned projects, including design, production, and field installation, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards. This role works closely with engineering, production, field personnel, customers, and external partners to drive projects from kickoff through closeout. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, material procurement, and production milestones.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project communications with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project issues, coordinate change orders, and mitigate schedule impacts.
Conduct site visits as needed to verify field conditions, collect measurements, and support successful installations.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
Project management experience within construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or a related industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Experience visiting construction sites and performing field measurements or site surveys.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.

3. Proven experience in contract management, including contract negotiation, execution, and compliance.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
