Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a General Production Worker in the water jet department, where you will play a crucial role in shaping foam packaging. This position requires a commitment to standing throughout your shift and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.

Work Environment

Work in a close-knit setting with 22 individuals, where collaboration and teamwork are key. The environment offers a choice between two shifts: 6 AM to 4:30 PM or 4 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC water jet machinery.
• Oversee the shaping of foam packaging.
• Perform quality inspection.
• Read and interpret tape measures accurately.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read tape measure.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation.
• Experience in packaging.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
