We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Construction to work in a leadership role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full‑time position located in our Greenville, SC or Charlotte, NC office. Duties/Responsibilities In this position, you will: Project Management & Execution Lead project safety culture by instilling Haley & Aldrich’s Foundational Safety Behaviors in all project activities. Lead projects from award through closeout, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, contract, and environmental requirements. Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and daily/weekly reporting. Coordinate daily with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support safe and efficient site operations. Prepare, track, and submit invoices with appropriate backup tied to the SOV. Maintain strong cost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure delivery of all required submittals, documentation, and regulatory compliance items.
