Project Manager - Construction

Builtech is currently seeking a ProjectManager ready to join our fast-paced and team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15-25M+ annually. Own the project finances and job profitability. Orchestrate the project team – client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc. Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices. Represent Builtech as the client’s primary contact. Daily communication with your project teammates. Partner with the superintendent to co‑develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly. Requirements 3-5 years of Project Management experience. Embrace and fully protect our Core Values – Trust, Integrity, Humility, Respect, Passion and Courage. Proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and Procore. Skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization. Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers. Ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment. Valid driver’s license. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance.
