About the Role We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to help scale the operational backbone of Legora’s commercial engine. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Systems & Data. You will support the day‑to‑day operations behind Legora’s quote‑to‑cash workflows , helping ensure accuracy, scalability, and operational excellence across our commercial processes. You’ll work closely with our Quote‑to‑Cash lead and help operationalize and improve workflows across quoting , billing , renewals , subscriptions , invoicing , and revenue operations . This is an ideal role for someone who is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, systems‑curious, and excited to operate in a fast‑scaling environment. This role will be located in our NYC hub in Union Square and requires you to be onsite 5 days per week. What You’ll Own Quote‑to‑Cash Operations Support day‑to‑day quote‑to‑cash workflows across quoting, billing, invoicing, renewals, and amendments Help ensure accuracy and operational integrity across commercial processes Review and validate order, subscription, and billing data Support operational processes tied to renewals, contract changes, and invoicing workflows Help manage billing exceptions, discrepancies, and operational escalations Billing & Revenue Operations Assist with invoice QA and billing reconciliation Support subscription and contract audits Partner closely with Finance on operational billing processes and reporting Help identify operational inefficiencies and areas for automation Support reporting and analysis related to billing, renewals, and commercial performance Systems & Process Support Work closely with the Quote‑to‑Cash lead on process improvements and workflow optimization Support operational workflows across Salesforce, Nue, billing systems, and related tooling Help maintain data quality and process consistency across systems Assist with documentation, operational governance, and process enablement Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and RevOps Help coordinate operational workflows across teams Support strategic operational initiatives tied to scaling Legora’s commercial infrastructure What We’re Looking For Must‑haves 2‑5+ years in revenue operations, billing operations, finance operations, business operations, deal desk, or SaaS operations Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor Familiarity with Salesforce or similar business systems Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Nice‑to‑haves Experience supporting SaaS quote‑to‑cash or billing workflows Experience working with CPQ, billing, or subscription systems Experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS or AI companies Familiarity with subscription billing and recurring revenue models You Might Be a Great Fit If You… Enjoy solving operational problems Are highly detail‑oriented and organized Love improving processes and workflows Are analytical and systems‑minded Thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments Want to grow into broader RevOps, Q2C, or systems roles over time Care deeply about operational excellence Success in This Role Helped improve the scalability and accuracy of Legora’s quote‑to‑cash operations Increased operational efficiency across billing and commercial workflows Improved data quality and process consistency across systems Become a trusted operational partner across RevOps and Finance Helped support the scaling of Legora’s commercial infrastructure during a period of hypergrowth What’s In It For You Global collaboration : Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally.
